Andrew Pierce, Ashley Hudson and the Hamburg community knew that they would not go back. Ashley Hudson was just 17 years old and hadn't been with a woman prior to that, so they decided to take their time. But, it was romance at first sight. Andrew prayed to God at New Year's Day, just before 2016 began. Andrew demanded God for one final blessing for the year to see Ashley accept his proposal and be married. Ashley wanted an elegant wedding with a theme of woodland. It was important for her to ensure that the wedding represented both Andrew as well as Ashley. The wedding was a mix of everything they loved. The venue chosen was on the 40 acres back of land Ashley was raised on. Ashley had a good understanding of the whole area, exploring it, and had a game in the area. Andrew and Ashley strolled through the exact place when they started engaged. It was important to personalize the event since the couple did almost all of it themselves. Andrew's dad and Ashley as well as Ashley designed the ceremony arch and the the seating arch. Ashley made and painted some of the decorations for the wedding. Our wedding could not have been as magical and romantic I had imagined it would if it wasn't for Anna's incredible floral designs.
